Follow-up schedule
When someone chats and leaves their email, this is how you follow up.
Your mail server
Follow-up emails are sent from your own address, and replies are read from the same mailbox. Leave this off and we send from the platform’s address instead.
Replies will not be noticed
Sending is on, but nothing is reading your mailbox — so someone who answers your first follow-up will still get the second and third. Turn on reply checking below to stop that.
Replies cannot reach this mailbox
You are watching this mailbox for replies, but follow-up emails are not being sent from it — sending is switched off or incomplete, so they go out from our address instead. Anyone who answers is replying to us, not to you, and this mailbox will stay empty however long you wait. Finish the sending settings above.
Use an app-specific password where your provider offers one — it only works for mail and can be revoked without changing your login.
AI outreach
Pick an audience, and Kate writes a personalized intro + demo invite, then a follow-up after your set number of days if they don't reply.
How delivery works: Email campaigns send automatically. LinkedIn campaigns draft each message into a review queue for you to send by hand — LinkedIn's terms forbid automated messaging and auto-DMing gets accounts banned, so we never do it for you.
